This is one of my favorite care ministries. It is a volunteer, Christian based, lay caregiving ministry that offers one-on-one care for those who are in the midst of suffering. A Stephen Minister will serve their care receiver by listening, offering spiritual comfort, and being an emotional support through the tough times. I have been involved with this ministry for nearly two years, and I love the focus it places on trusting God as the caregiver.
